Vendor Guidelines – Velvet & Rust Market
Thank you for your interest in joining the Velvet & Rust Market, a thoughtfully curated antique and vintage marketplace. Our mission is to bring together reputable dealers, talented makers, and creative vendors who offer an inspired mix of authentic antiques, vintage finds, handmade wares, and one-of-a-kind goods. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application:
1. What We're Looking For:
We are currently accepting applications from vendors offering antiques, true vintage items, handmade goods, and creatively repurposed products. Your booth inventory should consist mostly of authentic antique and/or vintage merchandise. A smaller portion may include complementary handmade or artisan items that align with the overall style and aesthetic of the market.
Please note: We do not permit the sale of products featuring inappropriate or explicit content, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any kind of weapon.
2. Application Deadline:
All applications must be received by August 27, 2025.
3. Booth Pricing & Options:
Booth fees are based on your chosen size:
• Standard Booth – $50 (10' x 10') – Ideal for furniture, displays, and smaller collections
• Premium Booth – $60 (10' x 20') – Best for large furniture pieces or expanded inventory
4. Booth Placement:
All booth locations are assigned by the promoter and arranged to ensure a balanced and engaging layout for shoppers.
5. Booth Setup Requirements:
Booths are not draped. A back wall is required for each space and can be made from doors, wood, fabric, or other creative materials. Pop-up tent frames are not allowed.
6. Your Booth, Your Brand:
You are responsible for the setup, styling, and teardown of your booth. We encourage you to create a boutique-style display that reflects your personal brand and draws in shoppers. Our customers are attracted to imaginative, unique, and well-designed booth presentations—your creativity matters!
7. No Custom Orders:
This is a cash-and-carry event. Vendors may not accept custom orders during the market.
8. Photos Required with Application:
Please include photos of your booth display, ideally from other markets. Booth presentation is an important part of our review process. Applications without photos will not be accepted.
9. Booths Cannot Be Transferred:
If accepted into the show, your booth spot is non-transferable unless approved by the promoter.
10. Payment Info:
Once accepted, payment can be made via cash or check (preferred). We also accept Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.
