VegTO's Sunset Social with SAU Bake

VegTO is partnering with some of the best, local, plant-based food brands to bring you a series of Sunset Socials in the heart of Greektown!

Enjoy the warm, summer breeze as you mingle with fellow guests on the rooftop of the Big Carrot, watching the sun set and making new friends.

This event features SAU Bake, founded by Matheus Brasileiro, who will be our host for the evening.

SAU Bake is a 100% plant-based bakery serving freshly baked Brazilian sweet and savoury treats in the heart of downtown Hamilton. Founded by chef and entrepreneur Matheus, a Culinary Arts graduate from Uniceub University in Brasília, Brazil, SAU Bake is the result of a lifelong passion for cooking and bringing people together through food.

Matheus has built SAU Bake on the values of inclusion, community, and celebration. Inspired by the Brazilian tradition of gathering around the table, every pastry and meal is made to bring people together, honour culture, and create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

Matheus will provide the following items for guests to enjoy:
