You are invited to attend the VegOttawa Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place on March 19, 2025 at Astoria Bistro Botanique. Learn more about VegOttawa and our plans for 2025, share your thoughts, and meet like-minded members from the veg community. 5:30pm Dinner (optional)
7pm Annual General Meeting (free vegan snacks, in the event space)
8-9pm Happy Hour (optional)
Please RSVP here on our event page or email [email protected] before March 17. This will help ensure we can meet quorum and have enough free vegan snacks available.
All are welcome to attend, but in order to vote, you must have an active VegOttawa membership.

- 2025 Agenda
We are also accepting nominations for our Board of Directors! We are looking for passionate individuals in the community who want to offer their skills, time and expertise to the organization. Nominations to join the VegOttawa Board of Directors will be accepted until March 12, 2025 and new board members will be elected at the AGM. You can nominate yourself or someone else.
