Sam's Culinary Art Class presents the 2nd batch of our one-day hands-on VEGETABLE CARVING WORKSHOP, taught by Chef Manikandan.
This Men's Day, skip the usual plans. Come with your partner, friend, brother, father or colleague, and spend a day together making something fun while learning a little more about each other.
👨🍳 YOUR CHEF
Chef Manikandan is a Sun TV MasterChef top contestant, a gold medalist at an international culinary competition in Sri Lanka (2019), and a SICA gold medalist. His students won the overall championship gold in carving at Maldives 2026. You learn from someone who carves at competition level and teaches it patiently.
🔪 WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Basic knife skills, done the right way
How to carve flowers and leaves from vegetables
How to put them together into a bouquet, and make one or two bouquets depending on time
Every vegetable is provided. You just bring your curiosity.
🎁 WHAT'S INCLUDED
✅ Carving kit, yours to keep
✅ Certificate of participation
✅ Lunch (a decent one) with a beverage of your choice (tea or coffee)
✅ Hands-on practice and individual attention from the chef, who goes around to every student
