A NIGHT OF POETRY WITH THE CLARK COUNTY POET LAUREATE, SIN Á TES SOUHAITS, & FRIENDS
Sin á Tes Souhaits is a Black poet, cultural critic, and multi-media artist from East Las Vegas. He received his MFA in 2019 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where his manuscript, LITERAL DOPE, won the university prize for Outstanding Master’s Thesis. He also currently serves as Poet Laureate of Clark County, teaching and facilitating reading, writing, and publishing workshops, as well as poetry readings throughout the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding towns.
