Chef Bianca will share tips for making perfect sushi rice, sauces, and a variety of fun and fancy rolls that go way beyond cucumber and avo! We will be making some hand rolls, "inside out rolls", single bite sushi pieces with marinated vegetables and amazing gluten-free tempura!
