Introducing your new monthly space to be nothing except, you.A space that I feel has been missing for so long. A space for vegans and animal rights activists to come together in a safe and supported way to voice our struggles, challenges, grief, joys, celebrations, and everything in between.
Circles are a beautiful opportunity to connect in with your authentic self, and to allow that self to be seen and heard.
Being vegan is a rollercoaster. One minute you’re in pain, you’re grieving, you feel isolated, angry. The next you’re celebrating the wins, finding the joy in this beautiful lifestyle, and feeling hopeful for the future.
We are unfortunately still living in a very non-vegan world, meaning the majority of our time we are living in our sympathetic nervous system - constantly having to be ready to defend ourselves and our beliefs, and protect ourselves from the suffering that is everywhere around us.
We need a space to let go. A space to truly be ourselves with a group of people who ‘get it’.
If any of this resonates, I would love you to join me in one of these monthly spaces. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. You might not even feel called to share at all - you can offer your support and love to others just through listening.
Here are some of the details for this month’s circle:
〰️ Friday 11th October 7-9pm
〰️ Hammersmith Quaker Meeting House, W6 0DT (5 minute walk from Hammersmith or Ravenscourt Park tube station)
〰️ £5, £10 or £15 - whichever you feel called to. Please contact me if none of these are an option for you
〰️ No experience of circle needed. Come as you are
〰️ Please note that you are encouraged to share whatever is alive for you in the moment. It doesn’t necessarily need to revolve around veganism or animal rights
