Vegan Gluten Free Summer Rolls

Summer is a time for light and fresh foods with big flavor and minimal oven time. Enter Summer Rolls! Ours will be packed with a rainbow of fresh veggies and herbs, stuffed with rice noodles, and dipped into a homemade ginger lime sauce. We'll show you how to make an all-purpose peanut sauce too. This class will use peanuts and soy (tamari).
