Vegan Family Style Feast: Thai dishes

in this family style feast, i will prepare many dishes i have learned while studying in Thailand with a great vegan chef. After spending 4 months in Thailand in 2025, my knowldge of this amazing cuisine has grown immensely and i am delighte to share with you.

The menu includes:

Rice noodles soup with pickled vegetables and tofu

Panang curry with potato, tempeh (handmade fava/basmati), peanut and pumpkin

Lotus root salad

stir fried long beans

Sweet and Sour Tempeh with black fungus, pineapple and sweet peppers
