Vegan Dinner: Vietnamese Dishes

This is my very first time offering a dinner of Vietnamese food! Recently spent a week in Ho Chi Minh city studying with Chef Lua and learned many awesome dishes and happy to share them with you.

The menu will include:

Soup: Green Banana, eggplant and tofu

Appetizer: Steamed tapioca dumplings in banana leaf

The rest of the menu will include:

Caramelized tofu and a variety of mushrooms

Stir Fried Morning Glory leaves

Rice Noodle salad

Dessert: Bananas in coconut milk

and more to be added
