Victoria Electric Cooperative is excited to once again host our annual Trunk or Treat—one of our longest-running community traditions! This free event is open to the public and provides families in our community with a safe, fun, and family-friendly Halloween experience. Each year, hundreds of children and their families gather at our VEC office to celebrate together.
