The Virginia Counselors Association Foundation's Speed MentoringEvent is back in person at the annual 2022 VCA Convention, which will be held at Williamsburg Lodge, November 10-12. We are so excited to offer this event to counselors in all stages of their careers.
The VCAF Speed Mentoring Event will be held on Thursday, November 10th, from 2:05-3:05.
Speed mentoring works much like speed dating! We will have a venue to seat one mentor with two to three mentees in small groups, and after about 10 minutes, a bell will ring and they will move to another mentor. Mentees should be prepared with specific questions for mentors. We have gathered experienced counselors with many strengths and specialties to serve as mentors.
