Laura is a General Partner at NRV, where she leads the assessment of potential investments, negotiates deal terms, serves on portfolio company boards, and advises CEOs. She has extensive experience in investment banking, audit/valuation services, and philanthropy programs, having worked for Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ziff Brothers Investments. Laura holds a Masters of Accounting from William and Mary and an MBA from Columbia University, where she graduated at the top of her class in both degrees.

Fred is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, led, and exited businesses across various industries. Before his career in the private sector, he served as a US Army Officer. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

Brandon is the Founder and Managing Partner of TFX Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in Pre-Series A and Series A B2B technology companies founded by former military and national security leaders. With over 20 years of military, financial, and operational experience, Brandon leads TFX's service-driven investment strategy, supporting and guiding the firm's portfolio companies. He has held senior management positions in financial services firms and consultancies, where he developed and executed growth, expansion, and technology transformation strategies, leveraging military principles. He served for nearly a decade as a US Army Infantry Officer. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
