With a focus on physiologic, joyful, informed, powerful birth, we'll provide a comprehensive childbirth class with ADVANCED TIPS AND TRICKS.

As both a Spinning Babies® Parent Educator & Aware Practitioner, we’ll integrate these amazing tools to help babies find the EASY way out.

Heather McCullough CPM, LM (WI), HCHI, PES has attended almost 3,000 births as both a Midwife and a doula in homes, birthcenters, and hospitals, and also specializes in VBAC births. She will share with you so many wonderful ways to help partners and mamas use tools, make choices, and tap into their intuition and bodies as they meet their babies.

The workshop will include education, evidence and latest VBAC research, along with support for pregnancy, empowerment of mamas and partners, hopes & fears, comfort measures, labor support techniques, signs & stages of labor, the role of your doula, partner, family, friends, and providers during labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
