VB Field Hockey is where it ALL BEGINS!! We are the most established with 35+ years of Field Hockey development programs in the Hampton Roads Area.We have an indoor training facility in Hilltop to accelerate their learning process, and ACTUALLY be prepared for club teams in the Hampton Roads Area.
Developmental field hockey league designed to prepare players to go to club teams or to middle school teams.
Peewee (4-6 years) (6 years old minimum age for club teams if prepared fundamentally)
Youth (7-9 years) (limited club play but begin technical training and continue mastery of fundamental skills)
Juniors (10-12 years) (beginners through to 2 years experience to prepare for club teams and middle school field hockey)
