Vaughn Wiester’s Famous Jazz Orchestra is a 22-piece big band featuring many of the top players in central Ohio. The ever-changing FJO set list draws from the repertoires of the greatest bands of the 1950’s, including Count Basie, Woody Herman and Stan Kenton. Led by the inimitable trombonist Vaughn Wiester, a veteran of the Woody Herman band and the Columbus Jazz Orchestra, FJO has been performing on Monday nights in Columbus since 1997.
Admission is just $15 for adults and $10 for high school and college students. Kids are admitted FREE with a paying guest. Cash only, accepted at the door. Limited concessions are offered and you are welcome to bring or order in food and non-alcholic drinks.
