Special Invite for Families with Kids in Middle School

Lokapandita Sri Vivek Shankar ji will initiate this year's Vedic education and practice program for families with kids in middle school, with the purpose of revival of common customs that are essential for Dharma, which have been hitherto lost due to migration and modernist lifestyle. Home practices are essential for generating inner adhyatmic power. Most modern Hindu families are leading their lives without their inherited family customs and practices. The vedic education program seeks to restore many such practices. Parents with kids in middle school are especially invited to review the basics of Nityakarma.

Samagri - POOJA MATERIALS

Devotees can bring their own puja thali with flowers, dhoop, kumkum, akshat (rice). Please offer Dakshina to Acharya as per your shraddha.

Pongal / Prasada / POTLUCK Lunch

Devotees can bring in home-cooked saatvik vegetarian food for pongal as prasada. They can also bring fruits and sweets. After the pooja is done the satsang of devotees will have prasada as potluck lunch. Please bring any weight/amount/quantity. Nothing specific recommended.

Make sure NOT to bring food that is not saatvik (ex. restaurant cooked).

Food for Gau Mata

You can bring cow feed for the cows.
