Varsity Powerlifting 2023: University of Liverpool V John Moores University

The largest student powerlifting event in Liverpool sees its fourth clash between the University of Liverpool (UoL) and John Moores University (LJMU) and is an officially sanctioned Liverpool Varsity event.

Current title holders UoL are looking for their fourth consecutive win over LJMU with their extensive roster of lifters, but will that be enough to stop LJMU from clinching their first official victory?

In addition to our Varsity Powerlifting event we're hosting Liverpool's Strongest University event, inviting Hope University and their powerlifting team to compete for bragging rights.
