TICKETS AVAILABLE SOON!
Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh presents:
Variety Pack 3: A energy-dynamic dance experience with melodic house, trance, and fun "genre-fluid" covers of well known songs :)
Join us for the third installment of our Variety Pack series, a dance adventure through the lows and highs of the human experience.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, expressive movement practice where participants are invited to dance without choreography, allowing the music to guide them. It offers a unique, judgment-free space for physical exercise, emotional release, and creative expression. Beyond fitness, it provides a chance to connect deeply with oneself and others, fostering a sense of freedom, grounding, and community. In short, we play music, you dance however way you want!
What to expect:
✨The evening starts with an opening circle led by Dani Grace, initiating a sacred space to set intentions and center ourselves.
✨You will then be led into a grounding somatic warm-up, awakening our connection to our bodies for the rhythmic journey ahead.
✨A dynamic setlist curated by Dani gives you the beats to dance
✨The evening winds down with a restful meditation as we sink into rest and finally a closing circle, providing time and space to integrate your dancing experience.
✨This night invites you to "Come as you are and move as you please." and we welcome you both solo and dancing with consenting partners.
