New England’s hometown rising star, Vanna Pacella - just named “New Act of the Year” by the New England Music Awards - is a Singer, Songwriter & Multi-Instrumentalist with a deep devotion for her craft, and a soaring career. At 19 years old, Vanna is making impactful strides from Cape Cod to Nashville and beyond with a dreamy, vintage sound that has quickly garnered a loyal following. She describes her music as “Ethereal Rock”- because it is a product of pure emotion, immersed with unfettered intention, bruised with the intensity of raw, distorted rock guitars, & it is bound with the lightweight, delicate, yet untouchable strength of grand pianos, sentimental vocals, reverb & honest, poetic lyricism. In Vanna’s work, you can hear the sonic architecture of Pink Floyd, the ghosts of Fleetwood Mac's melodic genius, the soulful grit of Bonnie Raitt, the pop sensibilities of The Police, and the candid introspection and groove of the late Mac Miller. Her live sound is delivered by an expertly tight trio: Vanna helms the keys/synth bass and vocals while Tom Davis intricately weaves notes and chords on electric guitar, and the expressive Ken Dellot anchors the rhythm, ensuring an impressive presence for just three players.
