3pm -5pm Setup camp and concessions. Early arrivals can meet at boat ramp across the river.
5pm - 6pm Welcome mingle.
6pm -7pm Vanmily style meal at sunset ....menu TBD....
7pm - 10pm Fire Pit Stories, games, puzzle, BYOB.
Friday:
7am - 9am Sunrise coffee & hot breakfast
10am - 3pm Under the hood walk & talk
6pm - 7pm Vanmily style meal at sunset ....menu TBD....
7pm - 9pm BINGO & games with prizes
9pm - 11pm Fire Pit Stories & S'mores, games, puzzle & gossip

Saturday:
7am - 9am Sunrise coffee & hot breakfast
9am -10am Home staging for tours
10am - 6pm Home tours, put swap meet items out like garage sale
12pm - 6pm Puzzle games & prizes
6pm - 7pm Vanmily style meal at sunset ....menu TBD....
7pm - 9:30pm Live Music by .......TBD.......
8pm - 8:15 Group photo during intermission
9:30pm - 12am Fire Pit Stories & S'mores
Sunday
7am - 9am Sunrise coffee & hot breakfast
10am - 4pm Field trip .......TBD Springs or bike trail......
10am - 4pm Diagnosis with Ap200 & shop tools
6pm - 8pm Vanmily style meal at sunset ....menu TBD....
7pm - 12am Fire Pit Stories & S'mores, games, puzzle & gossip
Monday:
6am - 9am Sunrise coffee & leftovers & cold breakfast
9am - 10am Departure Hugs
11am Gate Locks
