Vanessa will be leading a restorative flow class to get you out of your head and into your body. This all-levels experience will leave you feeling uplifted, energized, balanced, and inspired. Attendance includes a copy of The Art of Balancing Burnout, with a signing post-flow.
How to Prepare: Come as you are in your favorite, comfortable, workout attire. Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open heart.
Aftercare: Attendees will benefit the most from their flow experience with a good amount of water intake (to cleanse), rest (to savor), and a general easing into the rest of the day (to recalibrate for the coming week).

About the Author
Vanessa Autrey is passionate about teaching others how to live well. She is a Yogacharya, Wellbeing Advocate, and the international best-selling Author of The Art of Balancing Burnout.
She has worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years, teaching yoga globally, working with women in recovery, and spearheading philanthropic campaigns with The Outlier Foundation.
She lives in sunny Saint Petersburg, Florida with her husband and their giant German Shepherd. She teaches Wellbeing Workshops, hosts Wellness Retreats, and is actively working on her second book.
