The 9th annual Vancouver Women in Tech (WiT) Regatta sets sail February 4–6, 2026, bringing together women and allies from across industries to explore the currents of technology, leadership, and community.

For nearly a decade, the Regatta has been the place where ideas spark, opportunities unfold, and authentic relationships begin. This boutique week of programming blends 90-minute panel sessions, hands-on workshops, and intimate breakouts, all designed to help attendees grow their careers, expand their networks, and feel truly seen in the tech ecosystem.
