Vancouver Halloween Rituals: Flower Crown Making & Dark Tea

As Halloween creeps closer, come with us for a spooky afternoon of rest, ritual, and creativity at ALIGN. Come as you are, leave a little lighter, and take home a flower crown you made yourself. This event is insurance-billable for most major insurance with acupuncture benefits, meaning no out-of-pocket charge for this event!
About ALIGN
ALIGN is a queer and women-owned massage and acupuncture clinic in downtown Vancouver. We provide inclusive RMT and acupuncture services and offer low-cost massage to people without insurance. We also do monthly events for people who need low-cost acupuncture services and a place to connect with each other!
What to expect
- Settle in with a warm cup of dark tea of your choice.
- Choose from moody roses, dark foliage, and dried blooms to craft your own crown; all materials provided.
- Taking turns, relax in a calm group setting while our acupuncturist, Golian, guides you through a gentle ear seeding session focused on stress relief and grounding. No experience needed. If you want to add on needles, it will be $25 extra (all insurance billable, ticket included).
- Enjoy dark-hued treats and snap a photo in your finished crown.

Good to know
- Dark attire and costumes encouraged; winner gets a surprise!
- Wear comfortable clothing that lets your sleeves roll up past the elbow and your pant legs past the knee
- Have a light meal beforehand rather than coming on an empty stomach
- Let us know when booking if you're pregnant, take blood thinners, or have any health concerns, so we can adjust your treatment
