This private dinner will take place on our main floor and is limited to just 40 guests, offering a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. Each course has been thoughtfully designed by our culinary team and paired with a complementary wine to highlight bold flavors and classic pairings.
Menu highlights include:
• SCALLOP & YELLOWFIN CROITO with VZ White Porto
• BRAISED PORK BELLY with VZ Douro White
• LAND AND SEA with VZ Douro Tinto
• GRILLED PEACHES with VZ 10-Year Tawny Porto
