The Van Wert Rotary Club invites you to a Halloween Dinner Party & Charity Auction on Saturday, October 26th at the Junior Fair Building at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds. Wear your best costume for an evening of Halloween fun! The event will feature Halloween-themed drinks, appetizers, and a delicious dinner catered by Willow Bend Country Club.The highlight of the evening will be the annual charity auction, with proceeds dedicated to supporting the continued renovation & improvements at the Van Wert High School Eggerss Stadium. Your participation in this live & silent auction will help toward the construction of a new concessions & restroom building adjacent to the Cougar Football stadium.
Mark your calendars, gather your friends, and prepare for a thrilling Halloween party while making a meaningful impact on our community!
Doors open at 6:30pm. Dinner at 7:00pm, with auction to follow.
Dinner tickets are $40 each, or 2 for $75. Reservations for tables of 8 are available. Please contact Rotary Club Members Ben Cowan at 419-203-4487 or Aaron Anspach at 419-771-5810 to purchase tickets. Tickets can also be purchased through Venmo (@vwrotary).
