UPDATE: Due to Saturday's updated forecast that now calls for high winds and storms, the VNMS Holiday Pop-Up will take place the next day, Sunday, December 12th. Same time, same location. SEE YOU SUNDAY!!

Everyone's favorite pop-up shopping event is back for its sixth year, taking place Sunday, December 12th from 11 AM - 5 PM in 2 locations: 4340 Connecticut Ave in Van Ness and at the Rosemary Bistro Cafe/I'm Eddie Cano Streatery at 5010 Connecticut Ave. And, we've just added a special holiday gift pop-up at Politics and Prose from 11 AM - 4 PM! Don't miss the Singing Capital Chorus for Caroling on Connecticut from 3-4 PM - great for the whole family!

THERE ARE TWO POP-UP LOCATIONS!

4340 CONNECTICUT AVE:

All Very Goods - Apparel, accessories and stationery. Shop bags, bandanas, greeting cards (including holiday cards), prints, and enamel pins.

Artologica - Science-inspired original artwork and fashion accessories.

Colorful DC - Wheel-thrown pottery, including mugs, vases, plates, planters, and tie-dyed accessories including tote bags, scrunchies, dish towels, and bandanas.

Color Without Borders - Mosaic and fused glass home decor items, Christmas ornaments, flower pots, plates, picture frames, magnet sets and kids’ magnet playsets. Many items are designed with the DC flag.

DC IS MY CITY - Prints and Postcards from Washington DC + Stickers, stamps, magnets.

District Harvests - Locally grown botanical art, goods and holiday decor.

Flip Flop Caravan - Original photography of DC in the form of greeting cards, fine art prints, and ready-to-hang artwork showcased in hand-refurbished wooden frames. Each piece is part of an effort to extend the lifecycle of objects and keep them out of landfills.

Kultura Kollective - A creative husband and wife duo with a trio of businesses: BeMoShe, Plant The Culture and Mosart Artwear. Each entity focuses on empowering people of color through various art mediums such as canvas, art on denim jackets, clothing, jewelry and wooden art that can be displayed on walls or plants.

Lita+Ro Candles - We hand-pour soy candles with original, custom fragrances. Each scent is named for a real person, place or moment to help people connect to what means the most to them.

Macrame by Reena - Handmade macramé items including plant hangers, keychains, coasters, earrings, and ornaments.

MarzDM Studio - Geometric stained glass suncatchers, one-of-a-kind upcycled vases (from wine bottles), light affirmations, and self-watering planters made from upcycled bottles.

Naked Decor - Home goods such as tea towels, oven mitts, coasters, ornaments and more.

Nurture Designs - Copper, sterling silver and brass jewelry.

Pink House Pottery - Handmade pottery, including lidded jars, candles, planters, ornaments, match strikers, and more.

Pissenlit - Clothing, kids earmuffs, mittens and 3D animal print socks.

Sheree Brand Paper Co. - I’m a visual artist who sells prints, cards, stickers, totes, and ornaments featuring my work. My artwork places emphasis on women of color, friendship, and women at rest.

Silverglow Studio - Non-toxic room sprays for home, car, bedding, soft furnishings (made with only highest standard fragrance oils) and candles made from vegan, natural soy wax. Find floral bath soaks made with Epson, Himalayan salts, therapeutic grade essential oils and dried flowers.

Soaring Kite Books - A Black-owned children’s book publisher based in DC. Shop for books and pick up free coloring pages for the kids.

Sungh - Handcrafted artisanal items for babies and kids.

To Bead Or Not To Be - Beaded jewelry, hair ornaments, and accessories for the home.

TrishtanFoods Handmade - Handcrafted table linens, tablecloths, runners, and napkins. sewn by enterprising women in Uttarakhand, India.

Viera Naturals - Handcrafted bath, body and candles.

Wild Places Prints - Maps of DC neighborhoods, parks, nature and science – the vast majority with a strong DC focus.

Brenda Made - Soaps, body butter and other personal care products made with natural ingredients. A portion of the sales support access to mental health care.

Cafe Medrano - Single-origin and fair trade organic coffee from the Medrano family network of coffee growers in Honduras.

Lords of Lulu - Beard grooming products, fragrances, and other items for personal care and self care.

RelumeCo - Soy candles and apparel made with “pre-loved” and upcycled materials.
