VAN EXCURSION: Sanford Day Trip

Join us for a comfortable ride in our air-conditioned luxury passenger van as we travel to Sanford, Florida, for a day filled with wildlife, gardens, and a taste of Germany on Tuesday, September 16, 2025!

Our first stop will be the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, where we’ll encounter fascinating animals—including some of the rarest and most endangered species in the world. Walk through the Botanical Gardens and Butterfly Garden to experience vibrant wildflowers, towering trees, and unique native plants. Morning snacks are available for purchase at the zoo’s Graze Kitchen.

In the afternoon, we’ll visit Hollerbach’s German Restaurant and Market, whose mission is “to serve up Gemütlichkeit”—that cozy, joyful feeling you get when you’re surrounded by good food, good drink, good music, and caring people. Enjoy authentic German fare and browse the specialty market before we head home.

Schedule:

• Depart: Tuesday, September 16, 2025 promptly at 8:00AM
• Zoo visit: Late morning–early afternoon
• Hollerbach Restaurant & Market: ~3:00 p.m.
• Return: Approximately 7:30–8:00 p.m.
