Learn what surprises await when you enter with open eyes and ears, hearts and minds.

About Van Cortlandt Park Alliance
is the sole nonprofit partner working with NYC Parks to preserve, support, and promote the ecology, recreation, cultural arts, and history of Van Cortlandt Park. VCPA energizes Van Cortlandt Park with free public programs, environmental education, and inclusive storytelling, works in the field with volunteers, interns, and seasonal crews to help restore natural areas and foster community stewardship, and advocates for major park investments and sustainable capital improvements.
