While project success is historically judged by delivery performance, organisations actually do projects to achieve outcomes and measurable business value. This session bridges that gap, showing how effective project management underpins successful benefit achievement.

Attendees will be introduced to BMR in clear, practical terms—what it is, why it matters, and how it extends well beyond project completion. It will clarify how BMR aligns with, rather than replaces, the traditional project delivery lifecycle familiar to PMI practitioners.
