Valley Runners Group Run with On @ The Joy Lush Club

Join Valley Runners and On at The Joy Lush Club for 5K group run around the neighborhood and Murphy Bridle Path. 

On will be on-site with shoes for runners to use during the group run. If you are interested in testing out a pair of On please arrive early to swap out your shoe. There will be a limited number of shoes in each size.

Date: Thursday September 12 2024

Time: 6:30 PM

Distance: 3.5 miles with options to run more or less

Pace: All paces are welcome

Registration: No signup needed just show up

Cost: Free

Please remember to hydrate with water and electrolytes. After the run enjoy $1 off beer and $2 off wine by the glass. Even if you can't make the start of the run or are injured please feel free to come and hangout after the run.
