Valley of the Sun + Bogwife + Aufhebung

Dørene åbner: kl 20.00 Koncertstart: kl. 21.00 Valley of the Sun is a three-piece Rock band formed in 2010. With a unique blend of Stoner Rock, Grunge, and Psychedelia, their sound has been compared to the likes of Fu Manchu, Kyuss, Truckfighters and Soundgarden. Celebrating the release of their latest album, "Quintessence", they are currently on a three month tour spanning the USA, UK and Europe. Their captivating performances are often riffy, occasionally serene, and always LOUD, and their take-no-prisoners attitude always leaves their fans wanting more
"With one leg in stoner rock and the other anchored vocally in the terrain that was previously marked by Alice in Chains or Soundgarden, Valley of the Sun by no means rely solely on fuzz strength, but also bring enough sense for dark atmosphere and melodies”˝ -Metal Hammer

Bogwife (local) Taking their name from a mythological creature said to haunt the swamps of Northern Europe, Bogwife channels that eerie, natural mysticism into their music, crafting atmospheres that are as dark and murky as they are transcendent and cosmic. Conjuring sounds that draw from a legacy of bands like Kyuss and Graveyard, weaving groovy, distorted guitar tones with powerful vocals and haunting melodies that linger long after the final note.Their debut album, Halls of Rebirth (2020), earned acclaim on The Doom Charts, and their follow-up, A Passage Divine (2021), expanded their sonic vision with greater depth and intensity.
