Valley Division Weekend Workout (APP)

Have you not been able to make it to a “Workout with a Recruiter” because they are held on a weekday? Well, here is your chance to come on a Sunday!

Join us for "Workout with a Recruiter" on Sunday, October 13th at 9:00 a.m. This outdoor workout will be held to help applicants prepare for the Physical Abilities Test and the CHP Academy.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, 10/13/24
• Time: 9:00 A.M – 10:30 A.M
• Location: McKinley Park 601 Alhambra Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95816 (Meet on the corner of Alhambra Blvd. and McKinley Blvd. in the filed behind McKinley Library)
• Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, and elecrtolytes

Get ready to push your limits and challenge yourself with a variety of exercises. Our CHP Valley Division Recruiters will guide you through a series of workouts that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished.

These workouts are not required, but they are highly recommended. ****Workout location is subject to change. In the event the workout is cancelled, we will send out an email notifying you. Please be sure to check your email prior to arriving to the workout.
