Celebrate the evening with a beautifully crafted three-course menu that pairs romance with exceptional flavor. Choose from indulgent courses and decadent desserts, all complemented by a featured cocktail and sparkling wine special. Please note that guests who select the prix fixe menu will have a choice of one from each course.
*First Course*
Choice of:
• lobster bisque
• burrata salad
*Second Course*
• honey lavender duck breast, served with butternut mousseline, mixed sunburst and patty pan squash, asparagus, and port duck jus
• 6 oz filet mignon & scallops, served with au gratin potatoes, tri-colored carrots, and mango chutney
• crispy skin branzino, served with charred bok choy, and vierge sauce
*Third Course*
• dark chocolate raspberry crunch sphere, dark chocolate mousse with a raspberry center, glazed and set on a chocolate almond sable
• milk chocolate & passion fruit heart, whipped milk chocolate mousse with a passion fruit custard center set on a chocolate almond sable
