Chef and food writer Shawnie Kelley will guide you step by step as you create a luxurious multi-course menu that’s as fun to cook as it is to eat. Begin with oysters dressed in a classic mignonette, a sparkling and elegant starter that awakens the senses. Move on to a creamy, earthy wild mushroom risotto that’s deeply comforting, followed by a perfectly seared filet mignon with red wine sauce, paired with roasted asparagus and truffled potatoes. Finish on a sweet note with chocolate-dipped strawberries and a light, airy raspberry mousse, a delightful finale to share.
Cook side by side with a friend, partner, or family member while learning professional tips on flavor pairing, plating, and technique. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or simply love great food, this gourmet evening promises laughter, learning, and a memorable dining experience you won’t forget.
