Begin with oysters dressed in a classic mignonette, a sparkling and elegant starter that awakens the senses. Move on to a creamy, earthy wild mushroom risotto that’s deeply comforting, followed by a perfectly seared filet mignon with red wine sauce, paired with roasted asparagus and truffled potatoes. Finish on a sweet note with chocolate-dipped strawberries and a light, airy raspberry mousse, a delightful finale to share.
