Valentine’s Day Self-Myofascial Release Class for LA - FRIDAY MORNING

This Valentine’s Day, treat yourself—body and mind—while making a difference!

With the Self-Myofascial Release donation-based class, your self-care comes with a purpose, as every donation goes directly to families impacted by the LA wildfires.

Sarah Manley, of The Body Lab LA, will guide us through a 45-minute Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) class, followed by a 15-minute meditation.

At the end, chocolates and wine will be provided, of course...EVAMAIA's casa is your casa!

What is self-myofascial release?
Self-myofascial release is a therapeutic technique that involves using your own body weight to apply pressure to tight muscles and connective tissue (fascia). It helps reduce pain, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote relaxation. It’s a simple yet powerful way to release tension and feel more in tune with your body.
