• Queen Scallops & King Garlic Prawns with smashed avocado on toasted baguette rounds
• Six Oysters with horseradish cream, red wine vinegar, and shallots
• Sticky Korean Chicken Wings with sesame seeds, honey, and pea shoots
• Beetroot Salad with pine nuts, pomegranate, walnuts, and baguette (vegan)

Mains

• Vegan Cassoulet with haricot and cannellini beans, vegan sausages, mustard mashed potatoes, and a broccoli & cauliflower bake
• Salmon Wellington with duxelles mushrooms and spinach in puff pastry, served with baby new potatoes and broccoli
• Bavette Steak on caramelised onions, roasted garlic sautéed potatoes, green beans with toasted almonds
• Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Breast with mushroom sauce, fries, and French beans with toasted almonds

• Strawberry & Raspberry White Chocolate Pavlova with lime cream
