Valentine’s Couples Yoga Date in Collaboration with Jon Wine

Bindu Yoga and Wellness and Jon Wine come together to offer a warm and intentional Valentine’s experience designed to deepen connection of all kinds.
This gentle partner yoga practice invites pairs of any kind - romantic partners, close friends, chosen family, or anyone you’d like to share the experience with - to connect physically and emotionally through mindful movement, loving touch, and shared presence. You’ll be guided through accessible partner stretches, gentle assists, supported poses, and moments of shared mindfulness that encourage trust, communication, and ease.
No prior yoga experience is required; this practice is about connection, not perfection.
Following the yoga session, couples are invited to continue the experience at Jon Wine with a bottle of wine included in your registration.
Yoga: 2:00–3:30pm at Bindu Yoga and Wellness
Wine: 3:30pm at Jon Wine
Includes: Yoga for two + one bottle of wine
