The Experience (for two)
Enjoy a special multi-course dinner featuring:
-Small Catrachos Appetizers Platter: four rotating Catrachos appetizers served as 2 bites every 10 minutes—delivered in waves for a shared tasting
-Salad course
-Paella for two (your choice): traditional Spanish saffron rice cooked in olive oil with peppers, peas, garlic, onion, and tomato. Choose:
+Seafood
+Chicken
+Chicken & steak
+Vegetarian (by request)
Paella selection note: This is the only required selection in Resy. You may choose the same paella for both guests or select two different options.
To finish: a surprise dessert—Chef Casco is working on something special just for the occasion.
Drink Packages
Alcohol packages are optional add-ons with a separate price. Choose what fits your night:
Cocktails, Wine & Beer Package: up to 3 drinks per guest (choose cocktails, beer, or wine)
Wine Package: choose one selected bottle to share at your table (bottle value up to $55; upgrade by paying the difference)
Champagne Package: one bottle of champagne per table
Selected wines available for a surcharge.
Non-alcoholic drinks are included (sodas, tea, and coffee).
Event Itinerary
5:45–6:30 PM Arrival & seating (guests go straight to their tables)
Upon seating Non-alcoholic drinks served; alcoholic drinks available based on package purchased
6:30–9:00 PM Candlelight dinner service: appetizers in waves every 10 minutes, followed by salad, entrée, and Chef Casco’s surprise dessert

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
