Valentine's Workout & Play Date!

JOIN US Tuesday, February 11th from 10am-11:30am for Workout & Playdate in collaboration with Tiny Totoz!

We are spreading the love to mamas & littles(up to age 6) with a 45 minute full-body Mommy & Me workout led by Certified Personal Trainer & fellow Mom, Coach T! Workout will be safe for all levels and moms will have the option to include your little in the workout or bring some entertainment for them so you can enjoy the burn all on your own!

Following the workout, Tiny Totoz will also be doing some Valentine's Day inspired sensory play for the littles!
