Valentines Tandem Throw: Pottery Date Night

"Date nights" are for friends, families, partners, spouses, dates, co-workers - we just call it a pottery date for two people for lack of a better term to show our inclusivity, because date nights are for everyone!!

During this workshop, you'll share a pottery wheel while you first learn to work by yourself, then put your trust in your partner to make something together. And for this night only, we encourage all the Ghost/Patrick Swayze/Demi Moore references you've got—we'll even snap a pic for Instagram if you so desire.

You and your partner will create 2-4 pieces of unique pottery and have multiple options for glaze color choices. Your instructor will be able to glaze and fire your creations for you. All work will be available for pickup 2-4 weeks after the workshop. E-mail notifications will be sent out accordingly.

This class is a great way to celebrate your bond with a permanent piece of artwork you made together!

👶 Age Limit? Must be 12+ to join. No alcohol for anyone under 21.

🥂 What to Bring? Snacks, drinks, and anything you need to enjoy them—cups, plates, etc. (We don’t supply or clean up party supplies!)

👕 What to Wear? Dress comfy! Tie back long hair, skip the jewelry, and wear clothes that don’t mind a little clay.

🎨 What Will I Learn? Our instructor will demo step-by-step techniques to guide you through your pottery adventure—no experience needed!

💔 What If It Breaks? We handle every piece with care, but pottery can be unpredictable. Some pieces may crack in the kiln due to quirks in the clay.

📦 When Do I Get My Pieces? Your finished work will be ready in about 2–4 weeks. We’ll give you an appointment card with pick up times.
