On Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, celebrate love with an exclusive selection of Valentine’s pastries, specially created for this occasion by the acclaimed Pastry Chef and Master Chocolatier Gonzo Jiménez.
For two days only, Amalia Café will showcase a limited-edition pastry collection inspired by romance, craftsmanship, and exceptional flavor — perfect to share, gift, or enjoy yourself.

Release From Liability: By signing this document, I fully and forever release and discharge trainers, the staff of Amalia Miami & Lennox Hotels Miami Beach and their contractors from any and all injury, losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims), expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, my property, or any other person, directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activity, even if they are due to the ordinary negligence, omission, or other fault on the part of the aforementioned persons.
Covenants: I will follow any and all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of the trainers at all times during the activity. I will perform the activity in a safe manner, respecting my personal physical limits. I will not participate in the activity under the influence of any alcohol or illegal drugs, or any intoxicant, narcotic, prescription medicine, or other substance which could impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.
Transfer of image rights: By means of this document, I authorize the use by Yurbban Hospitality Group, Amalia Miami & Lennox Hotels Miami Beach of the image rights on photographs and videos, as well as the right of reproduction, public communication, transformation, distribution and its use in social media platforms and corporate websites, without further compensation or permission.
