Valentine's Pasta Making Class - Chocolate Heart Shaped Ravioli & Linguine

Grab your Valentine or Galentine and join us for a special Sweet & Savory pasta making class in our Italian Cooking School kitchen - Il Laboratorio/The Cooking Lab by Melina's Fresh Pasta.

Indulge your sweet side this Valentine’s Day with a cooking class designed for couples, friends, and foodies alike. In this hands-on experience, you will make a fresh egg pasta dough and then learn how to roll the dough out into thin sheets and cut it into long pasta ribbons of Linguine. Once you become an expert pasta roller, you will move onto making Chocolate Ravioli with chocolate dough.

At the end of the class, we eat what we make!

Chocolate Ravioli with Mascarpone Filling
Nutella Sauce with Raspberry Compote
All participants receive a Melina’s Fresh Pasta Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

(NOT Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).

Instructor: Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

Cancellation Policy: All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
