Valentine's Matcha Bowl Pottery Class - Handbuilding Ceramics Class

Celebrate Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day with a creative and memorable time at the studio. 💘 This special Valentine’s weekend ceramics class is perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking to do something fun and a little different together. Whether it’s a romantic date or a Galentine’s celebration, you’ll share a hands-on experience, laugh, get messy, and create something meaningful side by side. No prior ceramics experience needed. Your finished pieces will be glazed and fired by our team and ready for pickup in a few weeks, something special to remember your Valentine’s or Galentine’s celebration.

This class focuses on handbuilding pottery and does not include wheel throwing.

Children ages 3–10 are invited to join our classes with the purchase of a Children’s Ticket. Please note:

• Every Children’s Ticket must be with an accompanying Adult Ticket.
• The adult must remain present throughout the entire class.
• Children arriving without an adult will not be admitted.

This policy helps us ensure a safe, fun, and supportive experience for all participants.

• Craft your own ceramic matcha bowl with guidance from our instructors
• Choose from six glaze finishes: matte white, matte dark aqua, green, blue, opal, or pink
• Learn introductory pottery and handbuilding techniques suitable for beginners
• Finished pieces available for pick-up 4-6 weeks after class

Materials & Attire

• All pottery materials and aprons provided
• Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dusty
• Bring a sketchbook or inspiration ideas if you’d like

Please arrive 15 minutes early and allow extra time to find street parking, which can be limited at this location.
