Unit B's romantic Valentine's evening begins with a sumptuous four-course dinner, fabulous wines, cocktails and champagne followed by live music on stage from the incredible Entourage Jazz. Finish the evening with a champagne toast for all.
Your gourmet prix fixe menu will include a delightful amuse bouche, choice of appetizers, entrees and gorgeous dessert selections. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. Wine pairings, special cocktails, as well as zero alcohol options will be available at additional charge.

Adored by audiences, the award winning Entourage Jazz is a favorite of New Mexico, winning Best Local Band, Albuquerque’s Best Jazz Band, Best Vocal Performance, Best Route 66 Cover Song at the New Mexico Music Awards and many other accolades.
Their talent is infectious. Driving their appeal are Entourage Jazz's absolutely delightful musicality and performances. They specialize in favorites and standards from the Great American Songbook, performed with upbeat style and pizzaz.
Entourage Jazz features vocalist, Emerson Corley, Robert Muller on piano, John Bartlit on drums with special guests Tristan Tucker on sax and Rodney Bowe on bass.
HOURS: 5:30 - 9:30 pm. Doors open at 5:30 for dinner, wine and craft cocktails. Showtime is 7:30. Reservations are highly suggested.
