Participants will learn how to create cold process soap from scratch, incorporating beautiful botanicals and charming Valentine’s Day-inspired shapes for a truly unique and heartfelt creation.

In this workshop, we’ll break down the soap-making process in a way that feels approachable and unrushed, perfect for beginners and curious makers alike. You’ll learn:

✨ Then the hands-on portion begins. You’ll mix your oils, choose a custom scent blend, add natural colorants, and pour your soap into a batch designed to carry you gently into the new year.

Session is approx. 60 min.

Please note the following safety requirements: All participants must wear long pants/skirt, a long sleeved shirt, and closed-toe shoes

Safety Goggles/ Apron/ Gloves will be provided.

Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Participants will be handling Lye (Sodium Hydroxide), safety gear and responsible instructions will be provided, participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to class.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required.

**If a workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather, all ticket holders will be notified by email with options to reschedule for a future date. Please note that refunds are not available.

About White Lily Shoppe:

The workshop will be led by Bianca, the owner of White Lily Shoppe, a local natural soap brand founded in 2019. After several years into her Social Services career, she decided in 2022 to pursue her creative passion for the art of soap making. As a self-taught artisan, she has achieved remarkable success, strategically selling her products at local pop-ups, farmers markets, and securing partnerships with boutiques nationwide, in addition, Bianca teaches soap making workshops across the DMV area and is dedicated to a mission of educating others on the simplicity of cleansing our bodies with the simple ingredients found in nature.
