Join us at Made in ALX for a festive Valentine’s-themed calligraphy workshop!
In this 1.5-hour, beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the basics of dip pen (pointed pen) calligraphy, including proper pen use, strokes, and letterforms.
After learning the fundamentals, you’ll put your new skills into practice by hand-lettering a journal cover and writing a heartfelt note on the first page—perfect for gifting to a loved one for Valentine’s Day.
All materials are included. Each participant will leave with a finished journal and a full calligraphy starter kit to continue practicing at home, including a pen holder, nib, ink, clipboard, and practice sheets.
No prior experience required!
