Join us for an intimate Valentines dinner in our lovely Atrium. Two dinner/wine pairing options:Option 1
Appetizer- Beef Carpaccio- red onion, arugula, feta peppercorn crust raspberry vinaigrette with Crostini - Wine: NC Argiano Noir
Main Dish - Coffee and Bourbon Braise Short rib with Boursin Cream mash potatoes with Roasted asparagus - Wine: Simi Cabernet
Dessert - Caramelized peaches with streusel and bourbon, vanilla ice cream - Wine: Lakeshore Farms Peach Sparkling Moscato
Option 2
Appetizer - Duck Confit empanada with smoke tomato cream sauce - Wine: Bordereaux
Main Dish - North Atlantic salmon – cedar Plake salmon, Coconut rice, snap peas, corn salsa, Herb avocado crema - Wine: Domaine Berrien Chardonay
