This workshop will be a deep dive into Anahata Chakra. We will start with intention setting and quiet observation. Then get into some warming and grounding exercises. The rest of the class will focus on bringing energy into the heart chakra to heal and balance through kriya, pranayama, asana, and meditation. We will end with short reflections, journaling, tea and optional sharing. $25 for members $35 for non-members.
