You’ll experience:

• Guided meditation with a heart-centered intention
• Sound bath to melt tension + quiet the mind
• Potential for deep rest and emotional release

Perfect if you’re:

• single, partnered, healing, or overwhelmed
• craving peace, comfort, and “me time”
• ready to pour love back into yourself

This is a space to:

• release what you’ve been carrying
• restore your energy
• reconnect with your heart

As the sound waves of crystal singing bowls, chao gong, chimes, and other various instruments move through you, you’ll be invited into deep rest and gentle emotional clearing—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and held.

The items listed below will be provided, but you may use your own if you prefer. Bring any other items to deepen your comfort level.

• blanket

The best part about a Sound Bath is that you don't need to do anything!
Simply rest and receive <3

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start to allow enough time to settle in.
